A vacant building previously used as testing laboratories and offices was converted into high quality commercial space for a local firm of accountants.
Works included stripping out of redundant laboratory plant and equipment, together with repairs to the external fabric of the building and internal refurbishment. The works also included improvements to the reception area, internal modifications and installation of new WC facilities on the ground floor.
