The scheme comprises of the construction of two nr. two storey traditional / steel frame office accommodation totalling 15200 sq ft net internal area, together with utility services, associated external works, parking and landscaped areas.
Although employed by the developer Cedar House Investments Ltd there was also a fit out element of the contract for the Bloors Unit (10,000 sq ft).
The works form Phase II of the development is built in the same style as Phase I.
The project was completed to budget and to programme.
