We provide the following professional disciplines and services relating to construction related projects throughout the UK and overseas:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Delivery of individual projects from inception to completion to achieve the pre-determined objectives of quality, standards and function, within the client’s financial target, and to time.

CONSTRUCTION COST MANAGEMENT/QUANTITY SURVEYING

Detailed and structured project cost planning, procurement and management, and contractual advice, in collaboration with the clients design team and other specialist advisors.

BUILDING SURVEYING

Practical and specialist technical advice and construction quality management, surveys of buildings and property holdings for condition, dilapidations, for purchase, sale or lease, and defect diagnosis.

Design, specification and management of refurbishment, small works and/or repairs to buildings and property holdings.

CDM CO-ORDINATION

Act as Clients CDM Co-ordinator in accordance with the requirements of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulation 2007.
