Scheme: Retail Proportion of the Development at Longfellow Green, Kidderminster Client: Wyre Forest Community Housing / Lockett Property Holding  Value: £0.5 million Services: Employers Agent and Cost Consultant

The whole scheme comprises of the demolition of existing shops with flats above and associated site clearance followed by the construction of four nr. new retail units and twenty seven nr. timber framed residential dwellings.
The project included all associated external works with access roads and sewers to an adoptable standard plus all mains utilities and landscaping.
The retail units were completed in May 2008.
