The scheme comprises of five large retail units, complete with rear service yard and extensive customer car parking.  Four traditional / steel frame two storey office accommodation in one block was also built, together with utility services, associated external works, parking and landscaped areas. The scheme was developed on the former Nestle factory buildings adjacent to the town centre. The work, completed in 2008, form part of a larger mixed use scheme on the Waterside Park in Ashbourne, Derbyshire.
