The Derby Turn retail scheme was a two phase project commencing with the demolition of the existing Derby Turn Inn and culminating in the constriction of an eye catching shell structure with accommodation for three retail tenants.
The external finishes of the feature rotunda section on top and tiled walls have been clad in high quality tiling that makes best use of the developments ideal location on the island taking through traffic between Burton and Derby.
Armsons provided the developer with project management and quantity surveying services to successfully deliver this unique development on time and within budget.
