The scheme comprises of the alterations and fit-out to the existing Baseball Bar and Grill at Derby County Football Club's Pride Park Stadium to fit a new outlet for Starbucks Coffee. The works consisted of an extensive strip-out to the existing bar and restaurant facility, followed by a high quality fit-out to Starbuck's corporate standards including refurbishment of toilets, mechanical and electrical installations, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, fittings and furnishings.
The project was completed in time in January 2008 and within budget.
