The scheme comprises of the construction of a single storey steel frame industrial unit incorporating an internal two storey office and reception block together with utility services, associated external works, parking and landscaped areas. Although employed by the developer Cedar House Investments there was much co-ordination work undertaken to ensure the construction of the unit corresponded with Selecta Tyres fit out works.
The unit was built on the Waterside Park commercial and retail estate in Ashbourne and complements the other buildings on the same estate.
The unit is now the flagship and head office of Selecta Tyre Ltd. The project was completed ahead of programme and within budget opening to customers in September 2008.
