Twenty nr. new-build two-bedroom, three-person general needs flats in two and three storey form.

The scheme comprises of the initial demolition of redundant buildings on site and the creation of a new adopted entrance road between existing residential and communal properties, requiring maintenance of access and egress at all times.

The buildings are constructed in traditional facing brickwork with tiled pitched roofs with clusters of flats accessed from communal staircases.

The local planning authority were pleased and praised the finish, layout and design of this scheme.
