The works comprised the conversion of an existing nursing home into a 120 bed space student accommodation scheme. The refurbishment works included new doors, finishes and services together with structural alterations to walls and roofs. The works were completed in forty one weeks to a high quality and within budget. The scheme is let to students and built to the university accreditation standards.
