Scheme: New indoor and outdoor Courts, renovation of existing Club House  

Client: Chesterfield Lawn Tennis Club  Value: £650,000 Services: Cost Consultant

The provision of three new indoor tennis courts together with the creation of seven hard surfaced courts externally, the upgrading of the existing clubhouse and reception building, provision of new changing facilities and extended car parking. The scheme was partially funded and monitored by the Lawn Tennis Association.
The project was completed in May 2005.
