An existing swimming pool on a former university campus was acquired by the housing consortium as part of the redevelopment of university land to provide housing.
In accordance with the requirements of the S106 and development agreement a series of condition surveys, DDA access audits, structural surveys, planned maintenance programmes, and life cycle costings inspections were carried out.
