Major development for the production, storage and distribution of paper tissue products.
The scheme comprised the construction of a warehouse and production unit together with two storey office accommodation totalling over 44,000m2 gross floor area on a greenfield development site.
The building consisted of a structural steel multi span portal frame and the scheme also included associated external site works including hardstandings, car parking, landscaping and drainage.
The project was completed in February 2006.
