A new landmark building for Derby College. The scheme comprises of demolition of an existing health centre and erection of a new Sixth Form Centre, including basement car parking, performing arts space, laboratories, media studios, classrooms and food court with large atrium space.
The building has been constructed to a high quality using a variety of materials such as copper cladding, sto rendering and cedar boarding.
