The scheme comprised the alterations and fit-out within a newly constructed industrial unit to form an automotive training centre which included a single large workshop space with blockwork divisions for bays and an internal ‘lecture and administration block’ consisting of lecture rooms with associated administration and catering facilities.

The project was completed on time in August 2008 and under budget
