Services: Project Co-ordination and Quantity Surveying

Project Co-ordination and Quantity Surveying services were provided to South Staffordshire College on their project to create the Foster Centre for Learning at the Rodbaston Campus which comprised a new two storey Teaching Block incorporating Learner Services and Dining facilities together with associated siteworks, drainage and services.

The building, constructed to a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, was successfully completed within the timescale stipulated by the Skills Funding Agency as a criteria of the grant funding and to budget, with the keys being handed over on 22 September 2011.
