New Automotive Training Centre on Pride Park, Derby.
The scheme comprises of the erection of a new training centre on a remediated site to provide vehicle workshops, construction workshop, lecture rooms, office accommodation, showroom, restaurant and kitchen together with ancillary areas of toilets, locker rooms and storage areas.
The building is partly single, partly two storey construction with steel frame, masonry, curtain wall and flat panel cladding to external walls with mono pitch roofs.
The project was completed to budget.
