Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultancy Services were provided to Cedar House Investments, for the successful development of a new office for Software AG at The Point Office Village on Pride Park in Derby.

The three storey office has a net internal area of 18,000 sq ft and is an addition to nine other office units built by Radleigh Construction for Cedar House at The Point.

Works were completed on time with Software AG taking possession in September 2011.
