The scheme comprises of six nr two storey traditional / steel frame office accommodation in four nr blocks, together with utility services, associated external works, parking and landscaped areas. The scheme was developed on former railway engineering buildings adjacent to Derby's railway station. The scheme is part of the Pride Park mixed use commercial, retail and leisure development in Derby.

The works formed the first phase of the same development and was completed in December 2008.
