The project comprised the construction of infrastructure works to service The Point development site at Pride Park, Derby. The works included an adoptable road through the site complex with drainage, streetlights and footpaths, together with the installation of all mains services. In addition, the scheme included the installation of a pump station and a foul water rising main, all to adoptable standards.

The project was completed to budget in April 2008 thereby facilitating the commencement of works in the development plots being serviced by the infrastructure.
